Ne panique pas! Ce n’est pas aussi difficile que ça.

Bientôt, tu utilisera des mots japonais tout en parlant avec ton Sensei (Maître) et d’autres Judokas (pratiquants de judo).

Ecoute ton sensei, qui te dira hajime et matte et tu apprendras l’ukemi.

Shiai

Ton Corps

En apprenant à distinguer ton hiza de ton ashi, tu comprendras des techniques comme Hiza-Guruma ou Ashi-Guruma.
